COVID-19 Hospitality Hygiene Training Apply
Purpose

To assist Australia’s hospitality industry being prepared for a return to business, this COVID-19 hygiene training programme aims to protect the public and all hospitality staff. It clearly outlines the knowledge and provides resources to help protect you and your customers and to make all tourism and hospitality businesses as safe as possible.

Our course gives you the tools to ensure you can register as a COVID Safe business, as outlined by the NSW Government on the 9th of June 2020. Our online course was already running prior to this date in order to help businesses maintain safe and hygienic workplaces, and to facilitate confidence for their guests. Under Public Health Orders, hospitality businesses must have a COVID-19 Safety Plan for how your business will keep your customers and workers safe. Our course now incorporates the documentation you will need to complete to comply with these orders.

Entry Requirements

Open to all existing and future hospitality workers.

Delivery Mode

Online via our e-learning platform. Upon successful completion of this course you will be emailed your electronic certificate.

Materials or Equipment Required

You will need a computer or tablet with internet connection to access the training. A smart phone may be used however the learning experience may be compromised.
