This course is suited to (but is not limited to) personal assistants that regularly organise events in their workplace. Learn the tools to make your job easier.
The course is designed to give you the tools to carry out event planning effectively and to increase your knowledge of the events industry.
Study at your own pace.
This is an entry level course. You may enrol with limited or no experience in the tourism or events industry.
Upon completion of this course you could continue studying at a Diploma level in Travel and Tourism or Events.
The lessons are designed to give you the resources to source information in this dynamic industry. You will source information and gain knowledge, and then submit your work and complete an online quiz for each unit.
On the job assessment is through current work practices or work placement.
Online via an interactive e-learning platform.

A computer or device with internet connection.
Although our units are delivered online, we provide you with workbooks if you prefer to learn with hard copy resources. We also support you via email, phone and skype throughout your studies.
If you are undertaking nationally recognised training in Australia, you will need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Visit the USI website at www.usi.gov.au to look yours up, to create one, or for further information on why you need one.
** Students undertaking nationally recognised training overseas do not require a USI and select 'International offshore students' when enrolling.
