This course provides learners with the skills and knowledge required to perform tourism and guiding operations and effectively communicate with, and provide service to customers.

The program is designed to be completed within 18 months; however, the online component is self-paced and flexible.

Entry Requirements

This is an entry level qualification. You may enrol into this qualification with limited or no experience in the tourism industry, and without a lower level qualification.

Assessment Requirements

The assessment is conducted using a combination of realistic workplace tasks, projects, knowledge tests and response to case studies.
