This is an entry level course. You may enrol with limited or no experience in the tourism or events industry.

Qualification Requirements

Upon completion of this course you could continue studying at a Diploma level in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or Events.

Assessment Requirements

We assess your skills when you commence studying so that on completion you can see how far you have come. The course is designed to give you the opportunity to practice your learnt skills. By using skype to engage with your trainer, you will learn how to provide exception customer service in the tourism, hospitality and events industry. Through this interactive approach you will build on the skills you have and participate
